Who are we?
Activate Katherine exist to reimagine and enhance public spaces to strengthen our community’s sense of place.
We are a bunch of passionate people who work collaboratively to create events and initiatives for our community. We are made up of representatives from Godinymayin Yijard Rivers Arts and Culture Centre, the Katherine Museum, National Trust Katherine Branch, Katherine Regional Arts, Banatjarl Strongbala Wimun Grup, Kalano Community Association, Katherine Town Council, The Department of the Chief Minister and Cabinet Big Rivers.
